The PTC site with most members of the planet (about 5 millions members).With their offer $ 0.01 per click and $ 0.01 per referral click and them regularly payments (in the beginning) they became the PTC site with most members.

But, with the grow of the site, more members are requesting payouts, the payments became to late, even 13-14 months, and that is the reason for people believe that bux.to is a scam (and it's logical to think that is a scam if you are wait more that 5-6 moths)
